Westerns have been few and far between recently and even further if you’re only counting the good ones. Well fans of the old west rejoice because we are getting a brand new western, 3:10 to Yuma… and by new I mean a remake of the 1957 classic. But never fear because this remake comes with big names like Russell Crowe and Christian Bale, and it’s directed by James Mangold (Walk the Line, Identity). Also take into consideration that Bale hasn’t been in a bad film since Reign of Fire, you know if you ignore The New World, which shouldn’t be to hard since nobody saw it.

Fun “Fact”: This is one of the three upcoming westerns I’m looking forward to. The other two are The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford starring Brad Pitt, and the comic book based Jonah Hex.
