		<description>Good read, I didn&#039;t know vista was doing this sort of thing. what I&#039;d like to see is an non-corporate company take the reigns of something like this. I mean, people like to use things that are made well, So my question to the development industry is this. 

Are you a bad enough dude to make a usable rating system that is popular enough to go mainstream as the next standard or are you just going to let Microsoft mess it up?
