And yes, I've seen retailers sell MA games to 10 year olds, both accompanied by a parent and not. Supposedly there are penalties to retailers who do this kind of thing, but I've never actually heard of them being enforced. That said, retailers may well start lobbying this themselves, given stories such as <a href="http://www.smh.com.au/news/articles/illicit-trade/2008/04/16/1208025201207.html" rel="nofollow">this</a> emerging about the rate at which people are turning to imports.
